Major repair kit for Volvo Penta Seawater Pump 3593655 used on Volvo Penta D1/D2 Series Engines and JMP Marine pump JPR-VP0010D-02.

Volvo Penta Engines: D1-30A/B/F, D2-40A/B/F, MD2010, MD2020, MD2030, MD2040

Major kit. For minor service kit, use JSM0073.

Kit Contents: Interchangeable with Volvo Penta parts.

Please note the following on the shaft & bearings in this kit:

The shaft is made to a loose fit tolerance for ease of assembly. It is not a problem if the bearings slip on the shaft during assembly.the snap ring (marked in yellow) securely holds the parts in place.

If you are concerned, we recommend using Loctite 609 as a solution.
